Job Description
- Responsible for in-house IT systems daily processing i.e. daily sales processing, prepare supply schedule, updating of onlines systems masters, printing of purchase orders on specialised forms, etc.
- Support Franchise department in daily sales processing, weekly closing, send picking and new articles, printing of invoices, etc.
- Responsible for BHT i.e. downloading of article master, uploading of inventory files and updating of inventory on in-house IT system
- Manage the printing of barcodes
- Support helpdesk for office and store on IT matters
- Assist in the set-up of PC or Laptop for new employees
- Any other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Basic knowledge of networking, firewall, Microsoft products, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Mac & IOS
- Knowledge of databases i.e. Oracle, MySQL or other programming languages such as Python will be an advantage
