How do our products and service work?

  • Trade: BOBBAS Online Boat Buying & Selling Platform – sellers list boats for sale in both classified and Online Boat Show entries and buyers find suitable boats to bid, offer and purchase. We provide marketing and lead generation packages to boat sellers.
  • Connect: The BASCO global community of boat dreamers, deciders, searchers, buyers, owners & service providers connect via the Online Boat Show platform to trade and network.
  • Advise: The Boat Buyer Expo provides free education focused advice and training courses; coaching programs and consultancy services are purchased by buyers and enthusiasts.
Job Description

Your main objective (not restrictive) will consist of:

  • Virtual event organising & planning
  • Client outreach: Identifying and scheduling meetings with prospective clients in Singapore,
  • Professionally handle the volume of inquiries from clients on a daily basis
  • Deliver excellent service and manage the needs of clients through our communications (emails, WhatsApp & chats)
  • Update sales pipeline and CRM systems with activities
  • Manage daily sales support tasks
  • You will be involved in all process improvement activities aiming at efficiency increase and process streamlining.

Requirements

  • Very well organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Task management and confident with managing hundreds of tasks at a time
  • Excellent followup and meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated
  • Interests in boating and lifestyle sectors
  • Interest in Digital Marketing and Online Digital Marketing
  • Facebook lives, streaming and videos a bonus
