Responsibilities / Job Description

• To assist the Sales and Marketing team to create new leads and pipeline
• To follow up on marketing leads and sales enquiries using emails and/or phone
• To provide sales quotation to enterprise customers and partners who are keen on our WebOrion products/services
• To update and track sales forecast, pipeline and conversion
• To work with field sales to coordinate customer meetings and proof of concept if required
• To compile documents for tender or RFP submission
• To assist in other office general admin eg. stationery

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Accounts, Marketing or IT with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office include Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to organize documents well, pay attention to details and process driven to ensure completion of all tasks quickly and on time
• Tech savvy with use of marketing tools such as Google drive, mailchimp, etc. No programming required.
• Based in Singapore
• Part timers who are willing to work half day everyday are welcome to apply
