Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Layering of buttercream and fresh cream cakes
  • Frosting & decorating of buttercream and fresh cream cakes based on client’s requirements
  • Decoration of customised cake based on client’s requirements
  • Frosting of cakes with different techniques
  • Forsee and plan for big events and busy periods
  • Making sauces & fillings
  • Production of cakes, cupcakes.
  • Finishing of desserts and sweet treats including piping and decorating

Requirements:

  • 5/6 days alternate work week
  • Responsible and a great team player
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to keep the work station neat and tidy at all times
  • Highly motivated
