The company offers professional mechanical, electrical and piped (MEP) engineering design and project management services to our clients. We have managed projects from a variety of sectors including institution, recreational, industrial, residential and commercial sectors.
We are licensed to supply professional engineering services by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under Panel 3 of the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC).
We focus on developing partnerships with our clients. Besides providing reliable technical expertise, we aim to provide value to our services on a personalised, consistent and ongoing basis. Maintaining regular communication with our clients, and listening to their needs are our top priority, as we want to find the best solution to their problems.
1. Prepare M&E drawings in 2D and 3D.
2. Able to understand and read construction drawings.
3. Develop and collaborate in Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Revit software, generate and edit AutoCAD 2D engineering drawings for submission.
4. Ensure BIM model and presentation to project BIM standards (MEP).
5. Knowledge in Energy Management and Smart Technology.
6. Knowledge in Green Building and Sustainability.
6. Ensure BIM projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with authorities’ submission requirements.
7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
