Job Description

  • 5 Days, 9am-6pm (strictly no OT)

 Responsibilities

  • Headhunting for our clients (Search, screen, interview and match potential candidates to the jobs)
  • Arrange, coordinate, and follow-up on the interviews for candidates.
  • Establish contact, negotiate terms, and partner clients in their talent acquisition activities.
  • Manage the job offer process
  • Establish and manage a healthy relationship with our clients
  • Business development, account management & candidate management

Requirement

  • Diploma/ Degree holders
  • No experience is required but must have the drive to learn/ to do well.
  • Positive minded
  • Independent learners
  • Open to Singaporean/PR/DP/LTVP only.
