Job Description

The Payroll Intern is responsible for the service delivery, whilst collaborating with the offshore teams, for the timely and accurate delivery of lodgement activities across AYP's clients.

  • Perform lodgement activities as per defined SLA
  • Adheres to quality standards and procedures
  • Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
  • Execution of timely delivery of lodgement activities
  • Be the key contact / expert for Singapore legislative / operation changes for lodgement
  • Look into continuous improvement ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed.

Experience, Skills, Academic:

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excel Knowledge is mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and needs to have flair for numbers
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
