Job Description
The main project would give the student a holistic view of the rigorous testing that Henkel’s electronic products undergo. The student will do an in-dept study of some of Henkel’s electronic products from an application as well as a material characterization viewpoint. Student will be trained in relevant equipment used in the industry such as the Screen printer. Pick and Place machine, Reflow oven and Dispenser. Student will make use of the in-house thermal characterization equipment to generate data. Student will also be involved in generating construction analysis reports using the Sonoscan and cross section techniques. Customer served include Delphi, Micron, Venture, Flextronics and etc
