Aural-Aid is an architectural acoustics firm. We pride ourselves in having a young and fun startup culture! Our manufacturing arm designs and makes acoustic panels and diffusers, while our contract arm constructs acoustic environments for cinemas, schools, auditoriums, and places of worship.

Overview

As a Support Intern, you will work with multiple functions in Aural-Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts
• Photography and videography
• Create marketing collaterals
• Order office and pantry supplies
• Facilitate with IT equipments
• Assist with human resource and accounting departments
• Carry out administrative tasks

Prerequisites

• Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to take direction and prioritise as needed
