Aural-Aid Pte. Ltd. – Business Support

Aural-Aid is an architectural acoustics firm. We pride ourselves in having a young and fun startup culture! Our manufacturing arm designs and makes acoustic panels and diffusers, while our contract arm constructs acoustic environments for cinemas, schools, auditoriums, and places of worship.

As a Business Support, you will work with multiple functions in Aural-Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with the internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages and managing email requests
2. Track stocks of office and pantry supplies, and place orders when necessary
3. Set up and troubleshoot computer and office equipments
4. Assist in bookkeeping procedures
5. Schedule job postings every fortnightly
6. Filter job applicants and schedule interviews
7. Schedule weekly emails and collaterals
8. Assist in creating marketing collaterals

Prerequisites

1. Good written/verbal communication skills with attention to accuracy
2. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
3. Ability to work and multitask in fast-paced environment
4. Must be able to work independently, take initiative, assume responsibility, and make decisions in an effective and efficient manner
5. Ability to take direction and prioritise as needed
