Aunty is a babysitter and nanny app in Singapore that connects parents to pre-vetted caregivers. Designed for busy parents, bookings can be made for the same day to 3 months in advance. Parents can search, interview and book within minutes!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and organize training modules for nannies and babysitters to meet company standards.
• Coordinate training sessions and provide logistical support for online and in-person workshops
• Participate in recruitment drives
• Source and screen potential candidates via job portals, social media, and direct outreach
• Schedule and conduct interviews of babysitters/nannies
• Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, training progress, and certifications.
• Assist with other HR administrative tasks such as database management, meeting scheduling, and responding to employee queries.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in childcare or social services is a plus.
