About the job:
The Growth and Operations Intern will assist with a variety of administrative, project coordination, and process optimization tasks, as well as contribute to the smooth operation of services.
What you will be doing:
- Identify process optimization opportunities and work to implement automated processes.
- Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Support the development of insightful key business metrics to help drive product adoption and user engagement.
- Support on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress
- Analyze product adoption and user behaviour; identify and propose improvement for product optimization and iterations.
- Ensuring all operations are carried out in a smooth and appropriate way
- Other ad-hoc tasks, if required
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail, organized and able to contribute analytical and interpersonal skills to the delivery of projects
- Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
