• Oversee the daily management of the Learning Management System, ensuring it serves as an effective platform for learning and development. This includes creation and content uploading, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in production of digital content for technical and product training. This includes writing, filming, graphic design and video production.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere to edit videos, incorporating graphics, effects, and animations in alignment with the brand's CI.
• Use Photoshop to perform photo editing and create graphic designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital media trends and technologies, suggesting innovative approaches to improve digital media efforts.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on digital media tools and the LMS.
