1.Office Operations and Support:
Oversee the daily operations of the Singapore office, including managing reception services, visitor coordination, and general office administration.
Ensure that all office processes run smoothly and efficiently, supporting a productive work environment.
2.Logistics and Event Management:
Coordinate office logistics, such as arranging staff travel, accommodations, and managing office supplies.
Plan and organize catering services and handle all logistical aspects of meetings, workshops, and corporate events to ensure seamless execution.
3.Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and assist in the coordination of various projects and initiatives.
Prepare and manage correspondence, schedules, reports, and other documents as needed.
4. Financial, Accounts, and HR Assistance:
Assist with financial duties such as expense tracking, processing invoices, and managing office budgets.
Support HR functions, including employee on boarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff training.
