Job Description
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails
- Managing calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and meetings
- Preparation of reports and presentations
- Collating and filing expenses
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A Levels or Local Polytechnic Diploma in any field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, outgoing, and productive individual
- Fresh Grad / ORD personnel are welcome
