We’ve launched KOCO Paper and KOCO Schools, an interactive platform tool that helps teachers save a lot more time when it comes to e-worksheets and homework! The kids and students, too, will benefit greatly from this. How so? Instead of printing out the e-worksheets, they can e-write their answers directly on the document and send it straight back to the teacher. Say hello (or hooray) to more time!

Job Description

Please only apply if you are able to commit to at least 3 months full-time work.

We'll help you develop your skills during your internship. If you have a customer service mindset and positive attitude, this role is perfect for you.

● Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention;

● Provide technical support to customer;

● Provide customer training and education on company product and service;

● Pay attention to customer’s inquiries and complaints;

● Create, manage and track customer data using online tools/CRM;

● Provide regular reports and analyses on metrics;

● Implement customer retention programmes;

● Achieve customer retention and targets;

● Intervene to customers at risk;

● Implement well-planned customer onboarding;

● Execute customer outreach strategies;

● Assist with creating Client Success collateral as directed;

● Support forums that share best-practices and new product developments;

● Represent the Product on behalf of customers and work together with the Product team for product enhancements.
