Job Description

  • Perform front desk, manage office tidness and administrative duties.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors at the reception.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Booking of air tickets, visa and other traveling documents for traveling colleagues or important guests and maintain travel schedules.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distribute items.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment (Printer toner / Stationery / Pantry).
  • Courier Fees record and payment.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare new hires’ workstations and phones.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Support company-wide activities, including organizing vendors, venue for company’s quarterly and annual parties.

Requirements

  • ITE/Diploma and above
  • Proficient with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Proactive, willingly to learn and also a team player
  • Meticulous, organized.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Possesses good communication skills
  • Well-groomed
