- Job Description
- To follow detailed instructions and process high volume, error free processing on a consistent basis.
- Accurately post payments (30 to 100) daily into database both manually and electronically. Ensure all activity is logged properly.
- Ability to accelerate posting without jeopardizing accuracy.
- Comprehend and translate verbal, written and on-line instructions into action
- Adhere internal operational controls.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounts
- 1 to 2 years of experience in handling high volume of payment processing and accounts receivable
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Well organised, meticulous and able to multitask and handle pressure well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to commit 3 days a week
