Job Purpose: Perform a wide range of data entry support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Skills and specifications
Enter and maintain information from daily paperwork into production spreadsheet
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to work to and meet deadlines
Positive attendance, dependability and reliability
Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including the ability to enter information into Microsoft Excel and other programs as required
Flexible working schedule. Able to work 2-3 times a week , 9am - 6.30pm or half day basis for 5 days.
