Job purpose
Within the Direct To Consumer (DTC) department, the E-Commerce intern will assist the E-Commerce team in website front-end operations (customer service, content management, reporting etc) to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for the E-Commerce business in SEA.
Responsibilities
Online Store Operations
Assist in the website platform management on a daily basis across all brand sites
Ensure functionality of all e-stores on a daily basis by doing website checks and test orders
Report on E-Commerce KPIs (Sales, conversion rate, traffic etc) and activities for all e-stores across all brand sites
Competitor monitoring reporting on a monthly basis and to suggest improvements for an optimum customer experience to increase sales
Customer Service
Manage all customer queries that come through all online customer service channels (Email, and Social Networking Sites) for all brands
Handle customer enquiries and helping customers to resolve issues regarding the online stores
Logistics Coordination
Monitor order status/delivery ageing report on a daily basis to ensure internal and external SLAs are met
Merchandising Coordination
Work with Merchandising Team on seasonal product information preparation
Report for product performance reports
Marketing Coordination
Work with Marketing Team on seasonal product description and images preparation
Report on marketing activities performance and traffic
Marketplace Management
Manage the company’s product portfolio on Lazada including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns, defects management and replenishments
Manage content on Lazada such as content provision, banner provision, uploads, changes and removal
Responsible for resolving all escalated customer queries on Lazada with Lazada customer service team
Job requirements
Knowledge and experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel and formulas
Fluent in English written and oral
