Job Responsibilities

• Financial Data Entry: Assist in the preparation and entry of financial data into accounting software. Ensure the accuracy of financial records and update financial reports as needed.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support the processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Assist in monitoring and managing outstanding payments and collections.
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the analysis of financial statements, identifying trends and variances.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Participate in the analysis of budget vs. actual performance.
• Expense Management: Support the tracking and analysis of departmental expenses. Assist in the preparation of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Invoicing: Generate client invoices according to contractual terms, reconcile client payments.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects as assigned by the finance team. Provide support in various administrative tasks and financial analysis.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing accounting qualification such as ACCA or degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
