Arkema Pte Ltd – Supply Chain Intern

We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to join us!

Planning & Control:

• Working closely with commercial team to collate sales forecast, forecast figures are shared with European team via monthly meeting for stock replenishment to Asia trading plant
• Updating weekly report for supply and demand.
• Participation in monthly S&OP with various stakeholders.

Inventory Management:

• Stock replenishment to Asia warehouses
• Tracking of shipments.
• Ensure monthly inventory are aligning to business strategy
• Monitoring non-performing stocks.

KPI:

• Prepare monthly report and disseminate to key stakeholders
• Perform analysis on areas that are underperforming and liaise with key personnel for continuous improvement

Course of study which may be relevant for this internship: Business, Maritime business studies 

Year of study: Year 2-4

Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Analytic / Operation
• Fluent English & Mandarin (Oral/written).
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Competency in MS office especially excel. 

Duration: 5-6 months minimum and full-time only please
