ARK Investment Advisors Pte Ltd – Accounts cum Administration Intern

ARK Investment Advisors Pte Ltd is an investment company with a strong focus on real estate and FMCG investments, headquartered in Singapore.

Through our head office in Singapore, we support our investment operations in Europe, South East Asia and Australia.

We are looking for an Accounts Cum Administration Intern to assist on the daily accounting function and administrative operations of the company.

This will entail the following:

• Assist in the timely recording of accounting transactions into the Quickbooks Accounting System;
• Assist to maintain proper filing system of office documents;
• Liaise with our overseas offices for matters such as suppliers’ payments, claims submission etc;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
