Job Description

Talent Acquisition Internship (Full-time, Immediate Start)


Internship – Talent Acquisition (6-Month Full-time, Immediate Start) 

Allowance: S$2,000 per month 

Do you want a taster in talent acquisition (recruitment)? Work with an internal ex-head-hunter to promote Argus’ positive image and recruit new talents for our Asia and Middle East teams.

You will be working alongside one of our senior headhunters and get a chance to get involved in searching, qualifying, and even selling candidates to our senior stakeholders if you would like to - we can discuss your exact responsibilities and interests when we meet!

You Will

As an intern with our TA Team, you will be involved in end-to-end campus outreach events, activities, and programmes to meet current hiring demands and create robust talent pipelines for the company’s future hiring needs. You can expect to participate in the following responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to sourcing, recruiter phone screening, interview scheduling, etc.
  • Assist and coordinate campus recruiting events such as career fairs and corporate visits to maintain consistent employer brand presence on campus.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience through timely responses and advocating Argus as an excellent workplace for all candidates.
  • Manage job posts in the Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and university job boards.
  • Collaborate proactively with recruiters and hiring managers to assist in interview scheduling and facilitating assessment tests.
  • Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system through consistent updates of candidate profiles and status.
  • Involvement in local government Recruitment Practices projects/reports.
  • Ad-hoc assistance in other recruitment-related matters

You’ll be a great fit if you 

  • can commit to 6 months of full-time internship, starting from January/February 2024 onwards.

  • are diploma or undergraduate students who are interested in talent acquisition.
  • are proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • are customer service focused, proactive and collaborative team players.
  • have the ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, and effective time management.
  • have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
