Aquila Nova Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company handling day-to-day business operations locally. We are looking for a responsible team member to support our administrative and accounts work. This role is hands-on and suitable for candidates with prior working experience in admin and accounting.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

• Handle daily office and administrative tasks
• Maintain proper filing, documents, and records (softcopy and hardcopy)
• Manage emails and basic coordination with suppliers and customers
• Support HR administration such as staff records and leave tracking
• Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and general office matters
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Accounts Duties

• Key in daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks
• Update and maintain records in Odoo ERP
• Prepare invoices and assist with payment follow-ups
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Prepare documents for monthly closing and audit
• Support CPF submissions and IRAS-related documentation under guidance
• Assist external accountants or auditors when required

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in admin and/or accounting roles
• Experience using QuickBooks is an advantage
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage; training will be provided if needed
• Basic understanding of Singapore accounting and administrative practices
• Familiar with invoicing, record keeping, and basic accounting tasks
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word for daily work
• Careful, organized, and able to work independently
• Responsible attitude and willing to handle both admin and accounts duties
• Proof of qualification (certificate or diploma) may be required
