Aquaporin Asia Pte. Ltd – Membrane Development / Pilot Production Intern

Aquaporin Asia Pte. Ltd is a subsidiary of Aquaporin A/S, a fast growing, Danish Cleantech company developing a unique Biomimetic membrane technology dedicated to revolutionizing water purification by means of industrial biotech techniques and thinking. The main strategy is to develop the Aquaporin Inside™ technology capable of separating and purifying water from all other compounds.

Aquaporin Asia is seeking an intern to join the development of the Aquaporin Inside™ Technology.

Tasks & responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Assist in pilot machine operations for fabrication of different type of membranes.
• Assist production engineers in membrane development with Design of Experiment (DOE).
• Assist in troubleshooting and continual improvement of the machines.
• Assist in characterization and quality checking of membranes, and also the documentation of testing results.
• Assist in housekeeping of laboratory.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of machines, equipment and lab instruments.
• Other ad-hoc duties by supervisor.
