- Job Description
Responsibility:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Following up on emails and drafting correspondence to clients.
- Translation between English and Chinese for legal documents.
- Drafting and updating on NDAs, commercial agreements, partnership agreements in business planning.
Job Requirements:
- Law Student/Graduate
- Proficient in English and excellent grammar skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin – legal-commercial standard.
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and exercises initiative
