Job Description

We’re currently recruiting for an Intern to join our team in Singapore. This will be on a 6 month basis although this is negotiable and for the right candidate, the internship could develop into a permanent opportunity. The Intern will work closely with members of the Client Services team in administrative support, assisting in the smooth running of high quality projects on brief and on time.

Key responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will be closely involved with assisting the Client Services team in the delivery of projects, including support with:

  • Status reports
  • Timelines
  • Contact reports
  • Briefs
  • Opening jobs
  • Templated estimating
  • Client amends
  • Proofing
  • Preparation for meetings
  • Data input
  • Filing
  • Other general admin duties
