Job Description

Job Scope:

Business Development:

  • Respond to, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source for new opportunities by researching on organizations and contacting
    potential clients through cold calls and emails.
  • Find ways to value add and establish active communication with prospects to
    create new sales openings.
  • Pitch the agency’s suite of services to potential clients.
  • Assist in producing digital marketing proposals.

Custom Project:

  • In your final month of internship, you’ll get the chance to propose, lead,
    and implement a custom project that will offer a value-add to the agency.

Criteria:

  • Proactiveness and initiative to pursue self-directed learning.
  • A genuine interest to build a strong understanding of digital marketing (even if it’s
    technical).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills over calls and presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Self-discipline to track and record all lead correspondence in the company’s CRM.
  • Ability to perform in a remote environment

Learning Outcomes:

  • A strong understanding of a digital marketing agency’s suite of services
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing and sales processes
  • Ability to conduct cold outreach in a professional and engaging manner
  • Ability to perform lead qualification
  • Ability to conduct digital marketing research/audits and interpret data to value add
    conversations with prospects
  • Ability to operate Pipedrive CRM for sales pipeline management
