RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description & Requirements
• Able to make basic beverages (eg: latte, cappuccino, tea and etc). Latte art will be a bonus.
• Create other drinks and beverages with nice presentation.
• Provide good & friendly customer service (build good rapport), cashier duties, cleaning of dining area and dishwashing
• To sell, prepare and serve drinks and food items to customers
• Plating of cakes, packaging food and beverages, replenishing items in display cases behind the counter
• To assist on creating a drinks menu and developing new products and seasonal menu
• To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintains safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations A typical day will include opening and closing coffee bar and cafe, cleaning, building relationship with customers, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Good interpersonal skills when dealing with guests and colleague issues
* Adaptable to multicultural guest needs and works well with diverse cultures
* Proactive, motivated and reliable, with a keen attention to detail
* Punctual, good working attitude and able to work under pressure
* Good time management and discipline to ensure optimal work performance
DETAILS
* 5 day work week
* Immediate full-time opportunity
* Salary Range - $2,500 - $2,800
* Minimum of 2 years experience in F&B
* Able to work weekends & public holidays
