We are looking for the ideal candidate to administer our website, social media accounts and run livestream events. You will be responsible for creating social media content, managing posts, and coordinate the Institute’s livestream activities.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement social media marketing strategies
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and update the Institute’s website
• Oversee all aspects of livestreaming, including camera, lighting, computer, and related equipment.
• Maintain and improve livestream production process/workflow.
• Track, monitor and understand livestream performance through insights and analytics.
• Execute edits, updates, and uploading of video content.
Requirements:
• A degree in Communications and New Media or its equivalent.
• Experience in working with social media tools, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Prior experience with Zoom, Tencent Live, OBS and other various live streaming software is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with high initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and open to taking on new and unfamiliar tasks or projects.
• Open to working weekends, should livestream be scheduled to be during off-work hours.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
