Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for individuals who are passionate to be part of a fast-growing and exciting recruitment and workforce management agency. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with the dynamic team to deliver human capital solutions to help our clients achieve greater business success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts for Temp/Contract roles
- Source for candidates through different recruitment channels
- Ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
- Act as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
- Build a consistent talent pipeline
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilient and is driven to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Interested in Human Resource & Recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong drive to succeed in placement closure
- Able o work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
Salary: S$2,000 to S$3,800
Compensation commensurate with experience. Attractive Performance Bonus and Benefits.
Working days: Mon–Fri, office hours
