Job Description
- Handle incoming members’ enquiries on company's schemes and services
- No selling is involved
- Training will be provided
- Possess good customer service skills
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Able to start immediately till end of December 2022 (Subject to further extension)
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Hourly Rate: $11.50/hr
Requirements:
- GCE 'A' Level and above
- Possess Good customer service skills
- Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
- Excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Able to commit immediately
