Antares Management Services (for GB Helios Pte Ltd) – Technology Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Technology Executive to drive solutioning and commissioning for a customised in-house systems e.g. auto loans platform.

You will work closely with internal staff users and external stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions within a Microsoft Azure environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys bridging business and engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solutioning & Business Analysis

• Engage staff users and dealer stakeholders to understand business problems, workflows and constraints

• Analyse requirements and propose practical, scalable system solutions aligned with business goals

• Drive end-to-end solution design discussions with developers

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

Technical Collaboration

• Partner with developers on system architecture, APIs and authentication flows

• Review technical implementations to ensure alignment with requirements

• Support Git operations (branching, code reviews, merge coordination)

• Coordinate deployment and release activities across environments

Testing & Commissioning

• Perform and support functional and API testing (e.g. Postman)

• Validate integrations and troubleshoot issues

• Support commissioning activities to ensure smooth go-live and adoption

• Act as the bridge between business and engineering throughout the SDLC

Tech Environment

• Backend: C#, .NET (open to candidates with other relevant backend stacks)

• Cloud: Microsoft Azure

• APIs: REST, OAuth 2.0

• Version Control: Git

• Methodology: Agile / Scrum

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills

• Ability to convert business logic into structured technical documentation

• Hands-on coding background (to understand application logic and review code quality)

• Experience working with APIs, integrations and authentication flows

• Familiarity with Azure environments and deployment lifecycle

• Comfortable working in Agile environments

• Chinese speaking to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders

Bonus

• Experience in financial services, lending or auto financing systems

• Exposure to in-house product development environments
