Job Scope/Responsibilities

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Screen candidates resume and job applications
• Understand Clients & candidates’ need and perform career matching
• Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
• Training up new staff

Requirement

• Candidate must posses a Full-time Diploma / A-level in any field or Bachelor's degree
