Anixter Singapore Pte Ltd – Admin Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Service team in order processing and administration
• Support the team in processing and administration of the business.
• Support the proper filing of all paperwork (B/L, AWB, permits, goods delivery documents., etc
• Support in the update of Anixter System transactions

Requirements:

• Preferably ‘A’ Level student who will be completing their examinations at the end of this year
• Basic Knowledge of Computer applications such as MS office
• A general interest to gain knowledge in the field of Supply Chain and logistics management
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Meticulous, proactive and good organization skills,
• Able to understand and speak good English
• Prefer the internship to start by late November or Early December (1st week)
• Can commit at least 3 months or up to 6 months
• You may be invited for a face-to-face interview (also to let you to understand the role and see your working environment) in the 1st week of Dec or earlier.
