Job Description
Job Scope (guidance will be provided):
- Assisting in cross-border corporate transactions (Singapore - Indonesia), Singapore law governed corporate transactions and commercial dispute resolution matters;
- Preparing emails;
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents based on precedents;
- Conducting legal research;
2. Assisting in Singapore corporate secretarial work;
- Conducting ACRA and other online searches;
- Drafting resolutions and minutes based on precedents; and
3. Attending to other legal administrative duties as may be assigned by the Managing
Director of the firm.
We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join us. The applicant must be a holder of a local law diploma or a foreign LLB degree. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
