Job Description
The Intern will receive exposure and guidance in the regional corporate practice of the Firm and will have the opportunity to attend to the following under supervision:
a. Preparing emails;
b. Assisting in the preparation of simple legal documents;
c. Conducting simple legal research;
e. Conducting ACRA and other online searches;
d. Attending to corporate secretarial work
e. Attending to other legal administrative duties as may be assigned by the management of the Firm from time to time.
