The incumbent will act as a support to the New Growth team in Sales Operation and Marketing duties. 

Sales and Operation

• Manage new and existing product list
• Manage monthly product supply status
• Manage stock replenishment and orders, follow up on delivery (AP WH / Sephora)
• Order and replenish testers
• Generate monthly Sephora invoices

Sephora Brand Portal

• Product SKUs maintenance
• Maintain and upload newness/existing SKUs
• Liaise and manage images with Brands and Sephora

• Coordinate with Brands to provide product information, images and caption etc
