As an HR Assistant Intern, you have a supporting factor in the HR Department. Your roleis to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smoothcommunication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will handle avariety of personnel related administrative duties. You will also support ourdaily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes andrelevant documents.
Your main tasks will be involved but notlimited to the following:
+ Conduct administration portion of HR Processes
+ Administer local attendance policy and generating applicable reports
+ Provideadministrative support to Human Resources executives
+ Take careof labour contracts for local employee, archive Labour contracts on the intranet,keep track new staff in probation time
+ Take carethe employee database from the entry to exit (required documents collecting andarchiving)
+ Makesocial insurance reports regarding increasing and reducing labours
+ Assist in theapplication process for work permit, visa, other documents for foreignemployees
+ Maintainsemployee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resourceinformation confidential.
+ Other dutiesas directed by Senior HRO
Requirements
+ Last yearstudents or fresh graduates available for Part-time job (4hours/day, 5days/week)
+ Goodattention to details
+ Ability towork independently
+ Able tointeract proactively with management and staff
+ Hard-workingand high responsibility
+ Proficientin MS-Office
+ Goodcommand of English, both verbal & written communication
