Robert Bosch SEA Pte Ltd – Intern, Automotive Aftermarket

Responsibilities:

• Support of project management & administration for SAP Business Warehouse, SAP related projects
• Support in various projects related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Support in Data migration activities for the Project
• Inquire project managers about respective project status.
• Collection and assessment of the projects’ status, key data and figures from project managers
• Generate project status overview of all running IT projects.
• Planning, organizing and executing of SCM projects as well as monthly reporting and support to HOD in various topics
• ICO-APS often runs pilot projects, which will then be rolled out worldwide. Support in defining business requirements specifications.
• Support of testing, implementation & documentation of new IT business processes.
• Assist in preparation of presentation slides.
• Assist with organisation and planning of department meetings and events.
• Other administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Basic SAP Knowledge in SD/MM/WM/CRM/BI module will be good advantage to this position
• Good knowledge in MS Excel(Pivot, lookups, macros & graphs) is required
• Knowledge in MS Access will be an added advantage
• Master’s Degree in IT/Supply chain management or Engineering graduates with 1 or 2 years of previous work experience is required for this position

• Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
• You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
• You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
• The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
