Alternate Tone is a contemporary music school that is located in the central part of Singapore. We specialize in providing pop piano, electric and acoustic guitar, as well as DJ courses. Our personalised music lessons are tailored to both kids and adults. Ever since we started out in 2009, till date we have raised over 400 musicians, with most of them started with us as a novice player. At Alternate tone, we believe the way we teach music should be as creative as the way we play music, crushing the mold of classroom-style learning and being the supplement of creative energy and source of inspiration for our students.
Alternate Tone offers the following music lessons such as guitar, ukulele, keyboard and DJ lessons, for students inspiring to become a musician. Job Description

We Are Hiring
- Full Time Receptionist Cum Admin
- Part Time / Internship Customer service
What You’ll be doing:

Course coordinating

Data entry and updating database

Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service

Responding to customer and sales enquiries

Providing administrative assistance to the management

Assisting with preparation and distribution of our monthly newsletter

General administration duties such as preparing Receipts, Invoices and quotes

Basic social media management ( content posting on Facebook and instagram)


What you need:

Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner

Some experience in an administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office and google docs

Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude

Professional presentation

Min O level, Diploma qualifications are preferred but not absolutely essential

Happy with working hours: 12pm to 830pm Tues - Fri, 10:30am - 6pm Sat. (including 1 hour break)
