• Enterprise Software Development ERP, CRM, HRM, project management, and other customized business systems.

• AI-Driven Applications LLM workflows, intelligent automation, RAG systems, AI-powered analytics, document intelligence, and multi-modal AI solutions.

• Vertical Industry Solutions Interior design AI, AI reporting tools, AI document management, and sector-specific digitalization platforms.

• Consulting & System Maintenance Architecture design, technology planning, integration, and long-term support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and optimization of AI models (NLP, RAG, OCR, image, and multi-modal models).

• Assist in integrating AI capabilities into web applications, APIs, or enterprise software.

• Participate in experimentation, testing, data preprocessing, and model tuning for internal AI projects.

• Build and test AI workflows, automation systems, and engineering tools.

• Translate business use cases into technical solutions with support from senior engineers.

• Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and demos.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, etc.).

• Understanding of large language models (LLMs), including RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of data processing, vector databases, and API development.

• Strong interest in AI engineering, automation, and model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with backend or web development (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js).

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).

• Previous AI projects, coursework, or a GitHub portfolio.

• Frontend skills (React/Vue) are a plus.
