As an IT Asset Administrator, you’ll gain practical experience supporting IT infrastructure through hardware asset tracking, account management, and administrative operations. Develop technical and organizational skills while contributing to essential IT asset management processes in a professional environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Asset Record Maintenance: Track and update company hardware assets including laptops, mobile phones, servers, and network devices
• Asset Verification: Conduct wall-to-wall verification and implement RFID tagging for improved asset tracking
• Database Management: Establish and maintain accurate hardware asset records with current location, condition, and assignment details
• Administrative Support: Handle IT asset inquiries, maintain documentation, and assist with related office operations

Required Qualifications

• A full time matriculated student
• Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum 3 months commitment , longer commitment beyond 3 months is welcomed
