JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the CEO office
• Support managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communications
• Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
• Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
• Manage meeting schedules and assemble necessary documentation including submission and reconciliation of expenses

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Able to commit for 3 to 6 months of internship
• Good verbal & written, and interpersonal skills
• Have interest or passion in aged care/ healthcare
