Job Summary
We are seeking a PR Intern to join our Singapore office. This internship is designed for university students or recent graduates where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the PR industry and best practices in client service, media relations and content development. Think of it as a trial run before becoming a full-fledged member of the Allison team.
As a PR Intern, you will be responsible for developing curated media lists of reporters who cover client and industry-specific news, issues, and announcements. You'll also conduct regular news monitoring to identify trending stories that the account team can leverage for clients. Additionally, you'll be involved in building influencer and media relationships, pitching to secure press opportunities, tracking media coverage, and supporting overall account management with tasks like preparing weekly meeting agendas, action items, and reports.
This is a full-time internship with a hybrid work arrangement, making it an ideal opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the PR industry while balancing their academic commitments
Duties and Responsibilities
- Media monitoring and daily coverage tracking across markets
- Drafting first cuts of press materials, briefing documents and media lists
- Support campaign and announcement coordination (timelines, trackers, asset management)
- Research and stakeholder mapping to support pitch work and ongoing programmes
- Assisting with reporting, measurement and monthly / quarterly summaries
- General programme management support to ensure smooth delivery across accounts
- Support new business opportunities via research and brainstorming
