Job Description

Job Purpose/Role

Global Mobility (GM) is and integral part of Global Reward & Performance (GRP). GRP is the strategic function within Group Human Resources. It is responsible for group-wide Compensation and Benefits, Allianz executive remuneration straegy and the management of certain group-wide programs including Global Mobility. GM is responsible for the strategic development of international mobility programs, policies, processes and their implementation and administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting the Global Mobility Consultants in their day to day work
- Touchpoints with Assignees and HR Colleagues globally
- Coordinate global contract management and do status tracking
- Administration of our global database
- Creation of internal processes and guidelines as well as necessary updates
- Global Reporting
- Assist with various GM projects
- Organization of Workshops and Meetings

Key Requirements

- Student with a major in Business Administration, Human resources or similar
- Very good communication skills
- High motivation and own initiative
- Strong customer service skills
- Dedicated commitment also in stressful situations
- Effective interpersonal skills, team player
- Ability to express ideas and communicate clearly in writing and verbally (English; German language skills preferable)
- Excellent knowledge at all Microsoft applications
