Clinic Assistant (Part-time)
Looking for part-time clinic assistants at our My Family Clinic Branches in Toa Payoh and Boon Keng!
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational duties at outpatient clinic
- Registration of patients and provide frontline customer service
- Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
- Process of billing transactions under different government schemes and managed care programmes
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
- Operate Clinic Management System
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by clinic supervisor/ doctor
Requirements
- Students who are applying should ideally be able to commit a minimum period of 6 months on part-time basis (min 2 shifts on weekdays and 1 weekend shift)
- Previous experience in outpatient operations is preferred
- Good customer service skills and able to multitask
- Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements for Clinic will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- Shift work based on clinic operation hours
