- Ensure smooth flow of daily operations
- Able to work 6 days a week / work on weekends
- Handle customer inquiry via inbound and outbound calls, email, etc.
- Other general administrative duties assigned
- Attend to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner
- On-board, track and update customer’s orders
- Coordinate with operation team to assure orders being proceeded on time and properly
- Maintain customer service standards to achieve high level customer satisfication
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Be the voice of the AlcoholDelivery team when talking to our customers
- A passion for making a difference for our customers
- Communicate fluently and comfortably in English, and conversational Chinese
