Job Brief: Business Administrative Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrative Intern to work directly with the CEO on various research and purchasing projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively through WeChat, Baidu, Taobao, and Tmall.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, surveys, and comparisons to assess product options and suppliers
• Communicate with suppliers to request and schedule product demonstrations
• Analyze and collate findings to provide recommendations to the CEO on product purchases
• Build and automate systems to improve processes and efficiency
• Assist with other projects as needed and directed by the CEO

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively via WeChat, Baidu, Taobao, and Tmall
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
• Experience building systems and automating processes is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-level intellectual environment
• Must be a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
